Viz Media has released the first 23 volumes of the manga in English, allowing even more fans to enjoy this incredible story.

Let’s not forget about “Gintama THE VERY FINAL” (Gintama: The Final), the third and final anime movie that concludes the original manga. This unforgettable film, featuring additional story elements, premiered in Japan in January 2021. Thanks to Eleven Arts, North American fans were also able to watch it in theaters in November 2021. The movie was later released digitally in January 2022 and on Blu-ray discs and DVD in February 2022 through Eleven Arts and Shout! Factory.

This special was exclusively launched in Japan on the online dTV service in January 2021. As an extra treat, a novel by Mirei Miyamoto, based on the film, was released in January.
