Once you have defeated Rykard, you can acquire his Rune. To power it up and equip it, you must visit the Divine Tower of West Altus, located southwest of Leyndell. This tower is hidden behind illusory walls and can be reached after defeating the Onyx Lord boss who guards its approach.

Exploring the Sealed Tunnel, which sits west of the Leyndell wall, will lead you to the Divine Tower of West Altus. Break through the illusory walls inside the tunnel to venture deeper. Defeating the Onyx Lord will grant you access to the Divine Tower.
